The original jungle

In the heart of Bishop Arts, terracotta arches, hand-poured candles, and warm natural light set the tone. Two studios under one roof — a non-heated mat room and a sun-warmed reformer room — designed to feel less like a gym and more like a ritual.

Frequently asked

How do I book a class?

There are two simple ways to book a class:

1. Through Our Booking App
We highly recommend using the Jungle Studio Fitness app, available in the App Store. Once downloaded, you can:

  • Create or log into your account
  • View our full class schedule
  • Purchase classes or memberships
  • Book and cancel classes
  • Manage your account details and payment methods

2. Through Our Website
You can also book classes by visiting our website. Log in or create an account using your full name, email address, and a card on file, then select the class you'd like to book.

A few reminders:

  • All students must have an account with a valid card on file for class bookings, rentals, and any potential late cancel or no-show fees.
  • You can cancel a class up to 6 hours before start time without penalty.
  • If you're new to the studio, intro offers will be available when purchasing your first class.
How early should I book?

We recommend booking 3–5 days before your class date so that you can secure your spot and plan ahead.

What do I need to know before my first class?

We can't wait to have you in class! For mat classes, you only need to bring water. Mat and mat towels are complimentary for your first class and for monthly mat membership holders.

Most students take class barefoot in the heated mat room, but you are welcome to wear Pilates socks. Pilates socks are required for all reformer classes.

For your first class, please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, signing your waiver, and a studio or equipment walkthrough.

How do I book a buddy?

Our unlimited auto-renew mat membership includes one complimentary buddy pass per billing period.

Once you book yourself into class, you will be prompted to add a guest and enter their email to hold their spot in class.

If you have already used your buddy pass for the month or do not have an unlimited monthly mat membership, the easiest way to book a friend is through our e-gift card option. You can purchase a class credit and have it transferred directly to your buddy's account so they can book at their convenience.

What is your late and no-show policy?

To avoid late cancellation or no-show fees, please cancel any class reservation at least 6 hours before class start time. You can manage, cancel, and reschedule classes through the app the same way you book classes.

  • Late cancel fee: $20 if a class is not cancelled at least 6 hours before start time
  • No-show fee: $20 if a class is booked and not attended
What is your late arrival policy?

Our doors lock promptly at class start time. No one is permitted into class after class begins for safety reasons.

Membership perks

As a Jungle member, you'll enjoy:

  • Unlimited classes
  • 20% off retail items
  • 1 buddy pass per billing period to bring a friend to class for free
  • Priority booking — reserve classes 30 days in advance
  • Discounted reformer drop-in classes
  • Access to a supportive community and a space designed to elevate your movement practice

If you ever need to pause or cancel your membership, we kindly ask for 7 days' notice before your next billing date. Please note there is a $30 processing fee for both freezes and cancellations.

What should I bring?

Mats are required for all Mat classes. You are welcome to bring your own or rent one in studio for $3.

Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes. You may wear your own or purchase a pair in studio.

Note that our "Strength" class is the only class that requires tennis shoes.

I'm waitlisted – what do I do?

Waitlists can occur, and we appreciate our community's support – thank you! If you find yourself on a waitlist, your app will indicate your position in line. Should you move off the waitlist, you'll receive notification via email.

What if I'm running late?

We have a No Late Entry Policy at our studio to support the well-being of our community and to ensure classes start on time. Once the scheduled class time begins, no additional participants can be admitted.

Reformer

Our reformer studio is located on the second floor of the building adjacent to the mat studio. If this is your first reformer class, please arrive early to ensure you find your spot!

Do you offer student & special select memberships?

Yes. We offer Student and Special Select memberships for students, teachers, healthcare workers, and veterans.

To set up a special membership, please email the studio with verification of your current student or employment status. Clients must have an account with a card on file for monthly membership auto-payments.

What is the minimum age requirement?

The minimum age requirement is 14 years old at all locations. Minors must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver before class.

We also kindly ask that children do not accompany clients to class, as we do not have a designated waiting area for children during class.
