We do. Duo memberships are $399/month for two people sharing a household. Corporate plans start at six seats — contact us for terms.
Just yourself and a water bottle. Mats, props, weights, and showers are all provided. We recommend arriving fifteen minutes early.
Cancel up to twelve hours before class for a full credit. Late cancels and no-shows forfeit the class credit and incur a $15 fee on memberships.
Heated rooms are 90°F — warm, not extreme. We recommend hydrating before class and stepping out anytime you need. Not recommended during pregnancy unless cleared by your physician.
